Yoga Classes

As part of Debbie's holistic approach to women's health, she teaches a gentle, restorative yoga class.  It is designed to expose women of all fitness levels to the benefits of yoga.  Beginners are welcome and encouraged.

 

Yoga has many known benefits to health.  It can calm the mind, decrease anxiety, lower blood pressure, increase strength and reduce muscle tension that accompanies stress.

 

The gentle movement of yoga can disrupt "stuck" energy patterns that  become part of our physical body.   The combination of breath, movement and intention stimulates the mind/body connection that activates our own healing energies.
