Yoga
Yoga has many known benefits to health. It can calm the mind, decrease anxiety, lower blood pressure, increase strength and reduce muscle tension that accompanies stress.
The gentle movement of yoga can disrupt "stuck" energy patterns that become part of our physical body. The combination of breath, movement and intention stimulates the mind/body connection that activates our own healing energies.
Debbie is a certified yoga instructor. She is not currently teaching a group class but includes the philosophy of yoga and individual recommendations in consultations.
